TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree to pay the required fees.
Full payment must be paid within the first 14 days of every applicable term. Fees paid after the 15th day of beginning of Term will incur a $10 per fortnight late fee.
Any student whose fees are unpaid by week 6 of our 9 weeks term will be asked not to return to class until fees are paid in full - Student must still pay the FULL Term fees as well as any incurred late fees since they took a spot that could have otherwise gone to another paying student. - If fees are not paid in full they will be taken to debt collection and listed student / caregiver will be responsible for any debt collection fees.
If late for 2 terms in a row, your future registrations may be declined & spot in class given to a new student.

There are no refunds for student absences or public holidays.
Next Gen Dance Studio will send an invoice to the email address provided in your registration on the first day of every applicable term.
Next Gen Dance Studio is not responsible for any damages caused by the student or any medical treatment required whilst undertaking this activity. This will be the responsibility of the student or their legal parent / guardian.

If absolutely necessary, payment plans may be put in place.
Split payments may only be made within the first 4 weeks of Term & the late fees as stated above will still apply. Please contact nextgendancenz@gmail.com upon registering if you require a payment plan.
