TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree to pay the required fees ($150 per 9 week term).

Full payment (NO part payments allowed) must be paid within the first 14 days of every applicable term.

Fees paid after the 15th day of beginning of term incur a $10 per month late fee.

Any debt collection fees will be the responsibility of the listed student. There will be NO refunds for absences or public holidays.

Next Gen Dance Studio will send an invoice to the email address provided in your registration on the first day of every applicable term.

Next Gen Dance Studio is not responsible for any damages caused by the student or any medical treatment required whilst undertaking this activity. This will be the responsibility of the student or their legal parent / guardian.
